Introduction

South Asia Semiconductor (SAS), a leading startup in Islamabad Technology Zone (ITZ), is seeking bids from qualified cleanroom construction and consulting firms for the construction of a new 50,000 sq ft cleanroom facility. This facility will be dedicated to the production of advanced 7nm System-on-Chip (SoC) devices.

Project Scope

The project scope includes the following:

• Design and construction of a Class 100 (ISO 5) cleanroom environment across 50,000 sq ft.
• Integration of essential cleanroom utilities, including High-Purity Water (HPW) system, Ultra-Filtered (UF) Compressed Dry Air (CDA) system, and exhaust systems.
• Installation of specialized cleanroom furniture and fixtures.
• HEPA filtration systems and air handling units for maintaining air quality.
• Integration of temperature and humidity control systems.
• Lighting systems designed specifically for cleanroom environments.
• Validation and qualification of the cleanroom in accordance with ISO 14644 standards.
• Project management and construction oversight.
• (Optional) Consulting services for cleanroom operations and best practices.

Bid Requirements

We require detailed proposals from qualified firms that include the following information:

• Company profile and experience in cleanroom construction, specifically for semiconductor production.
• Past projects with comparable scale and complexity.
